Number 229 out of 264 Toyota variants knocked from the list. @n.k_crown proudly rocks this Crown wagon and judging from the photos on his Instagram account he displays her at every show in the Shizuoka prefecture of Japan, and beyond.
TWO HUNDRED TOYOTAS! Sixty-one left to go. I was in the back seat of an identical Tercel in fourth grade when a drunk seventeen-year-old girl blasted a stop sign and T-boned our family on our way to a summery Sunday morning picnic. @bronson_grant, don't you DARE ram me with this car, deal? Haha. Got her all fixed up just the way you wanted, even took the liberty to lower her a little more.
// @timmmymartin gets a point for referring me.
Let's slide sideways with @todd_fink in his mustardy little KE20 Corolla sedan today. His daily driver is named Homer and runs a tickled 4K with a 3K-B head and a 5-speed K50. LOUD! Lumpy cams and four-into-one collectors. Everyone thinks it's a rotary until he pops the hood. Woot woot! I'm jealous.
I gotta get me a vintage wagon, cause after every one of these illustrations I have to clean the drool from my computer. And @captain_key1s even has two sets of SSRs that he seems to swap in just about every other photo. Sweet ride, Greg, props!
This was fun, thanks @rutledgewood. In my quest to illustrate every single Toyota model ever sold in the states, this lowered and flared shorty was by far the most exciting regular cab Tundra I could find. I love it, what do you guys think?
Back to the early 80's when you could visit a Toyota dealership and find this Corolla hardtop coupe in the showroom, surrounded by three other variants of the Japanese Sprinter (sport coupe, liftback and convertible), three versions of the standard Corolla (2-door sedan, 4-door sedan and wagon) and three more versions of the Corolla Tercel (2-door sedan, 3-door hatchback and 4-door sedan) all in one place. That blows my mind in a world where there is just a single Corolla now. Anyway, props go out to @tokyofresh for his own little yellow hardtop and his plethora of photos of other hardtops.
